Fresh Water Filter® Co Ltd products are warranted for a period of 12 months after purchase to be free from defects in and workmanship when properly installed and operated in accordance with our Instructions. This same limited warranty is extended an additional 9 years on all stainless steel pressure vessels only. Our warranty is made to the original retails purchase only, and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. There is not implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

What to do: Purchaser should promptly complete the guarantee registration card and mail directly to us within two weeks of the purchase date. Failure to do so may void this warranty. In the unlikely event of a fault you should notify us immediately. You may have to return the product or part of it at your expense to our head office or to an appointed service centre. Final determination as to whether the products or parts were defective when shipped is at our discretion.

What Fresh Water Filter® Co Ltd will do: The limit of Fresh Water Filter® Co Ltd's obligation pursuant to this warranty is to replace or repair, at our discretion, defective products or parts, within a reasonable time period after determining them to be defective. Fresh Water Filter® Co. Ltd shall in no event, be liable to anyone for special or consequential damages. Improper installation, use or maintenance voids this warranty. This warranty does not cover failure or improper performance or functioning due to deterioration, corrosion, erosion or fouling, or if this product is moved from its original place of installation, or if the product has been subjected to freezing temperatures, excessive heat, alteration, use of cleaning agents containing chemicals or abrasives and other such treatment. Cartridge life will depend upon input water quality, pressure and usage rate and is not covered by this warranty. All projections of particular levels or ranges of performance or product life spans are estimated and are not guaranteed. Rubber parts are not guaranteed and should be replaced regularly.
