FreshWater's British made Stefani equivalent replacement filter fits all Stefani Gravity water filter systems. The filter removes 99.99% of all particles larger than one micron including dirt, rust, sediment, harmful bacteria and parasites. The filter also improves taste and odour, removes chlorine, organic pollutants such as agricultural pesticides, herbicides, oestrogens and other chemicals. The cartridges also reduces dissolved heavy metals, such as cadmium, lead and mercury.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Stefani float valve cannot be used in conjunction with this filter because the thread on the filter isn't long enough.
The filter should be replaced every 4 months.
