'We do three types of jobs: Good, Fast and Cheap. You may choose any two:

If it is good and cheap it will not be fast.

If it is good and fast it will be cheap.

If it's fast and cheap it will not be good.'

If you are grouchy irritable or just plain mean. There will be a £10,00 for putting up with you.

Engineer rates
Regular £32.50 per hour
If you wait £32.50 per hour
If you help £38 per hour
If you worked on it yourself £45 per hour
If you laugh £50 per hour.

Since its formation, Fresh Water Filter Company has always dealt not only with sales and manufacture, but also with installation and maintenance. However, if you have not yet tried our Trouble-shooting Guide, we strongly recommend you do so. The Guide is designed to help you help yourself, walking you through the most common problems, and their solutions.

If at the end you have still not been able to correct the problem, or if the problem is one that absolutely demands professional assistance, the Guide itself will recommend that you call in one of our Engineers.
