Doulton Supercarb� equivalent - Short Mount

The FreshWater SX1-25-SM water filter cartridge is a direct replacement for the Doulton Supercarb® 12" Short Mount water filter cartridge. The carbon rod core of this water filter cartridge make it particularly suited to mains water applications. The Doulton Supercarb® equivalent cartridge is manufactured by FreshWater in the UK in our Kings Lynn factory and delivered direct to you, with no middleman involved.   

The FreshWater equivalent of the Doulton Supercarb® water filter cartridge employs an outer shell of self-sterilising porous ceramic which will filter 99.99% of  particles of one micron and above, including dirt, rust, sediment, harmful bacteria parasites and cysts. Contained inside the ceramic shell is a porous carbon rod which is effective against chlorine and organic pollutants such as agricultural pesticides and herbicides. The cartridge also removes organic pollutants such as agricultural pesticides, herbicides, oestrogens and other chemicals.
